Demand rises while people leave: the IEA projects a roughly 25% copper supply gap by 2035, and powered haulage accounted for 13 of 33 US mining fatalities in 2025 (MSHA). More mining with fewer people exposed is the market.
Haulage autonomy is consolidating around OEMs and well-funded retrofit players. We are investigating specific gaps in the layer that keeps autonomous zones running: servicing, exception recovery and orchestration across brands.
The terrestrial business stands on its own. The same subsystems, offline autonomy, dust-tolerant hardware, cooperative robots, are NASA-identified lunar needs, pursued as R&D with non-dilutive funding.
Growth concentrates in the autonomy layers: the autonomous fleet grew 84% in a single year, and fleet-management software is compounding at 11.1%, faster than the hardware it runs. INORE's operating layer sits across all of it, brand-agnostic, on Earth and beyond.

Per-site economics: deployment and infrastructure revenue at installation, then recurring software, support and robotic-service revenue, plus performance fees tied to availability and avoided human entries. At scale, hundreds of autonomous sites each carrying recurring revenue, a multi-hundred-million-dollar annual opportunity.
They automate the truck, and billions of tonnes prove it. INORE complements them: the servicing, exception-recovery and cross-brand orchestration layer, the reasons people still enter autonomous zones, is where we are investigating specific gaps.
It is an R&D horizon funded by grants and agency programs, not near-term revenue. Offline autonomy, dust-tolerant hardware and cooperative robots are the same subsystems the zero-entry mine needs.
