We interview your operators and maintenance leads, integrate read-only telemetry from at least two equipment brands, and identify the reasons people enter your autonomous zone today.
STEP 02
SCOUT v0 program
90 DAYS
SCOUT works a fenced loop or stockpile area: inspection, sensor cleaning and verification, tool-pod delivery, docking. Supervised throughout, measured in human entries avoided and mean time to recovery.
STEP 03
First BASE
6–12 MONTHS
A perimeter service station stands up at your zone boundary: robotic charging and tool-pod interfaces, restocked from the safe side. The first paid deployment.
STEP 04
Toward zero-entry
ONGOING
Approved-task autonomy expands with the evidence: 95%+ completion targets, OEM-certified integrations, and a remote operations and incident-review center behind every unit.

What operators ask

WHAT DOES A PILOT NEED FROM OUR SITE?+

A fenced work area, telemetry access under NDA, and a boundary location for BASE. INORE fields SCOUT v0 and runs the program; your team keeps oversight throughout.

DO WE HAVE TO REMOVE PEOPLE FROM THE MINE?+

No. INORE reduces the entries your people already make into autonomous zones; zero-entry comes only when the operating record justifies it.

WHO OPERATES THE FLEET DAY TO DAY?+

Your fleet keeps its existing OEM systems; INORE does not replace them. We supervise SCOUT and BASE, and your operations room sees the same live picture, with a supervisor seat.

WHAT ABOUT THE REGULATOR?+

INORE builds the safety case with you: an ISO 17757-aligned functional-safety file and compliance with the Western Australian code of practice for autonomous mining, filed alongside your site documentation.

WHAT DO PILOTS COST?+

Design-partner terms are individual: site access and data rights in exchange for priority and pricing. Paid deployments follow, with performance fees tied to availability and avoided entries.
