The short version: we collect only what you give us and what basic security requires, we use it to respond and to hire, we never sell it, and you can ask for it or ask us to delete it at any time.
This policy describes how INORE Inc., a Delaware corporation (“INORE,” “we”) handles personal information collected through inore.io, our recruiting process, and our pilot-partner communications. It does not cover machine telemetry from partner sites, which is governed by each site’s services agreement and contains no personal information.
Contact details (name, email, phone, company, role), the content of messages you send us, and, if you apply for a role, your resume, work history, links you share, and interview notes. Providing this information is voluntary; without it we may be unable to respond or process an application.
Standard technical logs: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and timestamps. We use this to keep the site secure and to understand aggregate usage. We do not build advertising profiles.
We use only essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, cross-site tracking, or analytics that identify you personally. Because we do not track you across sites, we do not respond differently to “Do Not Track” signals, the default is already no tracking.
To respond to enquiries; evaluate and process job applications; operate, secure, and improve the site; run pilot and partner programs; comply with law; and protect our rights, people, and machines. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
With service providers under contract (hosting, email, applicant tracking) who may use it only on our instructions; with professional advisers (legal, accounting) under confidentiality; in connection with a corporate transaction such as financing, merger, or acquisition; and where required by law, subpoena, or to protect safety. Never sold, never rented.
INORE is headquartered in the United States and operates a field station in Perth, Western Australia. Information may be processed in either country. Where law requires, we use recognized transfer safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
General enquiries: up to 24 months after last contact. Applications: 12 months after the process ends, or longer with your consent so we can consider you for future roles. Security logs: 12 months. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.
Depending on where you live, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the EU/UK GDPR, and the Australian Privacy Act, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Write to privacy@inore.io; we respond within the time the applicable law requires and will never discriminate against you for exercising a right. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Encryption in transit, access on a least-privilege basis, and audit logging on systems that hold personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; if a breach affects you, we will notify you as required by law.
With your consent we may contact references and verify credentials or work authorization where the role requires it. Application information is visible only to the hiring team and is never used for anything other than recruiting.
The site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We will post any changes on this page with a new effective date. For material changes, we will provide more prominent notice, including email where we have an active relationship with you.
