Terms of service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and INORE Inc., a Delaware corporation, and govern your access to and use of inore.io and its content. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

We may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the site for informational purposes. You may not scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content; probe, disrupt, or circumvent security; misrepresent affiliation with INORE; or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

All site content, text, imagery, schematics, renderings, data, and design, is the property of INORE Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. No license to that content is granted except the limited viewing license above.

INORE and the machine names ATLAS, DELVER, SCOUT, TALON, and CERES, together with associated marks and logos, are trademarks of INORE Inc. Use of any mark requires prior written permission.

We do not accept confidential submissions through the site. Any idea, proposal, or material you send us unsolicited is deemed non-confidential, and you grant INORE a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it without obligation to you. Formal proposals belong under a written agreement, start at partners@inore.io.

The site may link to third-party sites and sources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices; a link is not an endorsement.

Timelines, specifications, performance figures, and mission plans on this site are development targets, not commitments or guarantees. Programs in development, including DELVER, TALON, and CERES, may change materially or be cancelled.

Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy securities of INORE Inc. Investor materials are provided only to qualified parties under separate written agreement.

Site content is general information. It is not engineering, investment, legal, or other professional advice, and you may not rely on it as such.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold INORE Inc. harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the site.

Site content may be subject to US export control and sanctions laws. You may not access or use the site in violation of those laws, and you represent that you are not located in an embargoed jurisdiction or on a restricted-party list.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms are the entire agreement between you and INORE regarding use of the site.

We may suspend or terminate access to the site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct we reasonably believe violates these terms or harms INORE, its users, or third parties.
