INORE excavator, loader, and hauler working a lunar pit beneath Earth, forward base on the ridge
INORE / SPACE PROGRAM HORIZON · 2031+

Mine the dead rock

Civilization will keep needing metal. The long-term answer is not the one planet with a biosphere. INORE is building the machines that move heavy extraction off-planet.

WHY SPACE

We shouldn't be digging the only planet that supports us

01 · EARTH
Demand for copper, nickel, and lithium multiplies while every new ore body sits deeper, hotter, and closer to places people live. Extraction on Earth has a rising human and ecological price.
02 · OFF-EARTH
The Moon holds hundreds of millions of tonnes of water ice, and a single metal-rich asteroid carries more iron and nickel than humanity has ever mined. Dead rock, nobody’s home, nothing to protect.
03 · AUTONOMY
No person will ever operate an excavator in a vacuum. Off-Earth extraction is an autonomy problem, and autonomy is the problem INORE already solves in the harshest pits on Earth.

THE PATHWAY

Earth is the qualification program

2027
Perth pilot. Six ATLAS haulers run a geofenced loop 24/7. Every hour in dust, heat, and comms blackouts is flight heritage in waiting.
2028
Fleet certification. 20 units, first commercial contracts, and the operational record that underwrites everything after.
2029
DELVER goes deep. Sealed drivetrains, thermal shielding, and offline autonomy below 3 km, the same subsystems CERES flies.
2031
Lunar demonstration. Regolith excavation and volatile extraction on the lunar surface with agency partners.
2033+
CERES mission. First commercial extraction attempt on a near-Earth asteroid, feeding an orbital processing platform.
BEYOND
Heavy extraction moves off-planet for good. Earth’s remaining mines become the bridge, not the destination.
THE PROGRAM

Three pieces, one system

01 / SURFACE
CERES-R

A drum-cutter rover on rocker-bogie suspension built for one-sixth g. Extracts and beneficiates regolith on site, solar-charged, dormant through the 14-day night.

02 / ORBIT
Processing platform

A capture-ring platform refines water and metals in microgravity. Water splits into propellant; metals never ride a rocket back down the well.

03 / EARTH
Qualification fleet

ATLAS, DELVER, SCOUT, and TALON are the test program. Space is the deployment, not the experiment.
